Bob Rowlette is a registered Professional Engineer and retired U.S. Army Engineer Colonel with over 37 years of active duty and private sector experience. While on active duty he served as a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers District Commander in Charleston, SC and Louisville, KY. He has extensive DoD program and project management experience both in the United States and overseas. His experience includes large civil works programs such as: the Greater New Orleans Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System, Olmsted Lock and Dam and McAlpine Lock and Dam on the Ohio River, and the Hurricane and Storm Risk Reduction System at Myrtle Beach South Carolina. His military construction experience includes design and construction projects at: Fort Campbell, KY, Fort Knox, KY, Wright-Patterson AFB, support to the U.S. Army and Air Force Reserves nationwide, and the program management for the U.S. Army’s forward base in Arifjan, Kuwait.
