Sapper Solutions is owned and operated by two Retired Army Officers, with over 50 years combined experience as leaders, team builders and program and project managers. We are a Veteran Owned Small Business, based out of the New Orleans area, available to manage projects of all sizes.

  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE): Program and project management for planning, design and construction of the $14.5 billion New Orleans Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System
  • Program Management Office for the New Orleans District of the USACE for the $1.5 billion Bi-Partisan Budget Act Emergency Supplemental Construction and Investigations Program.
  • Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority-East: Supported Program and project management planning, design and acquisition for levee lifts.
  • Stolthaven Terminal: conducted a flood risk assessment for the Braithwaite facility, designed the flood protection system (floodwall and gates and provided construction quality assurance and contract management.
  • LIGTT: Supported the planning, design and permitting for the Louisiana International Gulf Transfer Terminal.
  • Port Cameron: Supported the planning, design and permitting for Port Cameron, Louisiana.
  • G2 LNG: Supported the planning, design, and permitting (to include FERC) for a 14 million tons per annum LNG export facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
